Angela Stuff, MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of 180 Mental Health and Wellness. Providing compassionate mental health services in Arizona, Angela is dedicated to helping patients improve their mental health and overall well-being through personalized, patient-centered care.

An Arizona native, Angela began her nursing career after completing her initial nursing degree in Northern Arizona. She spent several years working as a travel nurse across the country, specializing in emergency room and trauma care. During this time, she discovered her passion for mental health and supporting patients through some of life’s most challenging moments.

Angela earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2017, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. After recognizing the growing need for mental health providers, she pursued additional training and completed her post-master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through Liberty University.

Angela believes mental health care should be individualized and collaborative. She combines evidence-based medication management with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, ongoing monitoring, patient education, and personalized treatment planning to help patients better understand and manage their symptoms.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, as well as traveling, practicing yoga, weightlifting, and rock climbing.
